I definitely agree because this is exactly what I wrote about as a post on my blog. The new Arizona law is just terrible. its unamericans and unconstitutional. I think that they need to come up with a better idea as to how to go about his certain situation. I do not see any improvements coming due to this new law, only more problems. This creates more problems to the nation as a whole. I understand that immigrants are over populating this country but trying to deport them by a law like this is not right. Despite the bad immigrants, the innocent one s are going to be at risk as well. This is just wrong in my book and there should be a better more ethical way to go about immigration in the U.S.

Arizona Immigration Law

There is no doubt that the United States of America is being over populated by immigrant. However, the recent law that was passed in Arizona is not the way to go about solving immigration issues. The actions taken in Arizona is unamerican and it might as well be considered racial profiling. It is creating more problems across the nation instead of getting rid of the problem. This law says that someone can only be questioned about their immigration if they are involved in an incident which requires law enforcement. Taken into consideration that the immigrants that do live here work the jobs that no one else wants to. This issue has to be taken in to a lot of consideration before coming to a final decision through out the world. But in my opinon, the law that Arizona has passed is not just, its very unamerican and increase racial profiling.

Ignoring mine warnings

Wow I totally agree. When it comes to mines everything should be taken into consideration. For the owner to ignore warnings about this issue was not smart. In doing so he killed twenty five innocent people. How can he live with himself? I also agree that he should be charged with man slaughter. Working in mines is already considered one of the most dangerous jobs, so for him to ignore the messages did not have a good outcome. Kinda selfish don't you think on the owners part?

Health Care for Everyone!

Finally, the health care reform act was passed! I personally believe that alot of positive effects will come with this. Everyone will be covered and won't be refused. The total cost will be much lower: The current US system is the most expensive in the world. From this point when someone needs medical attentions they wont go broke from having to pay so much. This is an excellent way to decrease wasteful spending. Obama made the right choice by passing this law and in helping everyone get insured like he said he would. As far as I'm concerned Obama's strategies are helping this country's market rise back up. Universal Health Care is an great way to provide instance care for everyone no matter what system of class you are in. I am very glad to see that the ones that were not able to afford health care, or to go see the doctor when someone was sick or hurt, can now have the opportunity to seek care. Universal health care gets two thumbs up from me.

Legalizing Marijuana

California is taking on the idea to legalize marijuana. For the record i am not a marijuana smoker, i just do not have any issues with it being legalized. Now, i do believe that many of the voters that are going to vote yes are going be to be people that use it. Honestly, i don't think that there is any problem if you legalize marijuana. We would have so much more room in prisons to throw people who actually commit a crime like murdering someone rather than throwing people in jail because you find weed on them.
If you do your research properly weed does not cause much harm to a person. Make it legal and put an age limit on how old you have to be to smoke it. Even though i know that won't stop the younger kinds of that age limit from doing it, at least its the right way in going about it if marijuana is legalized. My point is that there are much more harmful products like: cigarettes, tobacco and alcohol which are all legal and much more harmful to someone that marijuana remains to stay illegal? Marijuana comes from a natural plant grown on the Earth. How harmful can that be?
In my opinion, i think there is nothing wrong with legalizing marijuana.

Guns Permitted in National Parks

What is the point to this? Guns permitted in National Parks is pointless.
"It changes the dynamic in parks. People go there to feel safe and secure, to get away from the stuff they face every day where they live."
It does not make any sense to me as to why this is now permitted. What is supposed to be the outcome of having guns at a National Park? You have people that camp out. What happens when the inexperienced bring a gun while they are sleeping they hear or see a shape out of their tent and they start firing? This is going to bring an increase in deadly accidents. There is also a possibility that this will also increase in a destruction of historical resources.
"What do we do when a person does the right thing, and leaves his gun locked in the car when he goes into the visitors' center and someone steals the gun?" said John Waterman a ranger at Valley Forge National Historic Park. Unnecessary injuries and deaths can happen due to this. Someone out of their right mind might want to relieve some anger and bring a gun to a park because it is permitted and start violence.
This is not safe and the law should not make it okay to bring guns to a National Park. You are not supposed to feel fear while walking in a park. Common sense here people. I don’t see any good coming out of this. There are other places that guns are necessary or welcomed but at a NATIONAL PARK where families get together, NOT the right place for people to bring guns.

Unsatisfaction with the government

Ever feel like you are out of the loop?
Well recently that is how the government has been making many Americans feel like. Many are very unsatisfied with the way the government is handle situations. Apparently there has been something going on called the tea party movement. Not many Americans now anything about it at all. This is not okay for the government to do. Us United States citizens should be involved with the politics and know what is going on in our government. Many people are angry as to the way the government works. This article talks about the supporters of the Tea part and who opposes it. This article also talks about Sarah Palin and her attributions on being a Tea Party favorite. But statistics show that her numbers have dropped on her qualifications necessary for the white house but rose once she became John McCain's Vice president. This website is filled with statistical information that show how Americans feel and about the governments actions.
